Events @ The Slow Down Market
For those who haven't heard, we launched the Slow Down Market in October 2022 with our friends and fellow local, sustainable brands Tribute Collective and Candor Collab in our space in the heart of Dupont Circle, Washington DC.
A functional retail pop-up and creative events space embracing slow fashion, artisanal craftswo/manship, and showcasing independent designers, the Slow Down Market is more than just a shopping destination. From art shows to wine tastings, the space hosts a variety of creative collaborations and community events featuring local artists, makers and musicians during the holiday season.
Located on the sunny first floor of 1710 Connecticut Avenue NW, the market is first and foremost a retail space featuring brands and designers that espouse slow fashion principles. Visitors are able to shop designer apparel, vintage clothing, women’s footwear, homeware, luxury accessories including jewelry and handmade women’s handbags, and gifts, from three of DC’s sustainable and ethical brands as well as small, international designers curated just for the market.

December 17th, 12-3pm: Swapping fo the Holidays with Climate Change Classes
