For all U.S. orders, you can return or exchange your sandals or shoes for free within 14 days* of the date of delivery. We’ll cover the shipping costs! Unfortunately, returns postmarked after the 14 day window are not eligible for refund.
*Please note that sale items purchased on our Outlet are eligible for exchanges or store credit, but are not eligible for return.
To receive a full refund or make an exchange, sandals must be returned in the original shoe box (along with the dust bag!) in unworn and undamaged condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and a description of your return/exchange request. We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions and a shipping label you can print at home.
Once the sandals or shoes arrive at the warehouse and are inspected, a refund will be applied to your credit card or - if you are exchanging - your new Laiiks will be shipped out.
Don’t forget to save the mailer bag your Laiiks came in! You can use it for returns and exchanges and help save the planet.
