You can return or exchange your full-priced sandals or shoes within 14 days* of the date of delivery. Returned items will incur a restocking fee of $12. Unfortunately, returns postmarked after the 14 day window are not eligible for refund.
**Please note all sale items, whether purchased on our outlet or with a discount code exceeding 40%, are not eligible for a refund, only for one exchange and/or store credit.
To receive a full refund or make an exchange, sandals and shoes must be returned in the original shoe box (along with the dust bag!) in unworn and undamaged condition.
To initiate a return or exchange, please send us an email at care@laiik.com with your name, order number, and a description of your return/exchange request. We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions and a shipping label you can print at home.
Once the sandals or shoes arrive at the warehouse and are inspected, a refund will be applied to your credit card (minus the $12 restocking fee), or - if you are exchanging - your new Laiiks will be shipped out.
Don’t forget to save the mailer bag your Laiiks came in! You can use it for returns and exchanges and help save the planet.
